A Note From The Author  

Due to people’s different spiritual beliefs, one of the main objectives I had in writing this book, was to make it as universally user friendly as possible. One of many ways I tried to maintain this objective, was by trying to incorporate various religious and spiritual philosophies (which also include an assortment of quotes and descriptions of entities and angels from different beliefs) that could differ from a reader’s faith. It should be known that in no way do I impose any personal validity to any specific spiritual belief/s; rather I ask the reader to draw and build from their own philosophies and experiences to find knowledge that is sought regarding the scenarios I provide.

In doing so, I hope that the knowledge found by the reader allows them the chance to understand and appreciate other systems of belief whilst also expanding their own spiritual awareness and points of view.

An obvious aspect of this book that will become apparent is that although I discuss various topics and issues that have occurred to me over time, I have refrained from discussing them in chronological order and have placed the issues in an order that I believe is appropriate for beginners wanting some form of structure or guidance on their spiritual journey. It is also imperative to know that over the course of the last couple of years prior to writing this book, I attempted to train myself to learn and use a technique that the author Carlos Castaneda refers to as recapitulation. The general description of this technique, which was extracted from Carlos’ book, “The Wheel of Time”, is as follows: 

 “…a systematic scrutiny of one’s life, segment by segment, an examination made not in the light of criticism or finding flaw, but in the light of an effort to understand one’s life, and to change its course.” 

It was this technique that allowed me to see further into my past, to levels and depths that I thought were not possible. On an important note, some of the names of friends and relatives that I discuss in this book may have been changed by request, in order to retain the privacy of the person/s involved. Finally, I hope that all who read this book will be able to extract what they can out of it in the hopes that it assists individuals to find some of the answers they seek.

Preface 

Being inspired by experiences of spirituality is one thing, writing a book about them tends to be another; but does it have to be? For some people, there is always a doubt within their minds in regards to the credibility of an individual’s personal journey into the spiritual realm and the “realness” of their accounts. This doubt is often easily discarded by listeners when they discover that the individual in question is a doctor or professor that holds a Ph.D. or degree of some sort.

There is also doubt when these “critics” also discover the youth of the individual, where credibility and accuracy is often decided by the age of the person in mention. As a practising spiritualist, I know that amongst other messages that I have been guided to deliver, the acceptance of a youth’s journey into the spiritual realm must and should be recognised as one of the most important messages for an ever growing spiritual people. It's a message that should be realised and cultivated by peers, younger or older. Whether it is a book to be read or a story to be heard, as loving children of the same God, it should be our moral obligation to assist and learn from one another.

Where degrees and qualifications are unnecessary, the love and understanding towards individuals is a necessity. When there is more understanding in people’s minds and love in their hearts, there lays the potential for paths to fields of possibility and new awakenings.

When the clutter of doubt and negativity roam, barren wastelands of infertile spiritual soil manifest and we are unable to cultivate the wondrous gifts bestowed to us from a loving God. Gifts that await awakening!

Each person is responsible for their own destiny. Regardless of qualification, it is our choice to support, or to separate others from ourselves and become their obstacles. Ultimately, I ask all readers to really “look” at themselves and ask; “Even if I haven’t yet decided to walk my path, have I made the proper steps to help someone in need with theirs?”
