About The Author Lorraine LeBlanc was born in Massachusetts, USA and grew up on Cape Cod. She is a mother of five, a grandmother of fourteen, and a great grandmother of two. She attended the University of Utah after the birth of her fifth child and graduated Cum Laude with a B Sc. Degree in Sociology (Social Psychology), Education and a minor in English. The family migrated to New South Wales, Australia, in 1970 where she taught English, History, Drama and other subjects for over twenty years in both public and private High Schools before retiring. In the mid -1980’s, Lorraine spontaneously experienced that mystical state known as Satori/Nirvana with its accompanying knowledge and understanding of that commonly called ‘God’. She says, “It was the whole ball-game of life!” Shortly after, she began journaling the immediate responses to her questions and other information that flowed through her thoughts. It wasn’t until retiring from teaching in 1999 that she had time to explore and organize this information. While writing this, her second book of the OK God series, the Source of this information revealed itself to be YHWH. This was not the vindictive Old Testament YHWH, but is the personal, gentle and fun-loving Source that Lorraine calls God. She is a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner and has been involved in Reiki since 1991. She is a student of metaphysics, yoga, religion, quantum physics, meditation and healing and has participated in many seminars and workshops in these subjects. She trained as a counsellor for individuals and groups with Pia Melody and Mal and Diane McKissock and has had a private practice. At the present time, she is enjoying retirement, continuing her work in Reiki and studying, channeling and writing about the spiritual/New Age subjects that she loves. INTRODUCTION
“The time has come,” the walrus said, “to speak of many things; of shoes, of ships, of sealing wax, of cabbages and kings.” “Hey, where did that come from? God, is that you or my imagination?” “It’s me.” “What’s that all about? Cabbages and kings?” “It’s about this book, Lorraine.” “You want to write a book about cabbages and kings?” “Mmmm, something like that.” “OK God, quit foolin’ around!” “I’ve heard that line before.” “Well?” “This book is to be about lots of topics - a patchwork, a potpourri of ideas.” “That will be fun!” “Towards the end of the first book you challenged me - remember?” “Really?” “Didn’t you say, ‘OK God quit foolin’ around’?” “Well, yes. But it wasn’t meant to be a challenge -really it wasn’t.” “Oh yes, it really was! You are always setting out challenges for Me/You.” “I feel you grinning at me again. Where are you leading me to now?” “Where you’ve wanted to go for a long, long time. Remember the dream where you stood looking out at what seemed to be the vast blue sky of space - of the cosmos?” “Yes.” “I’m taking you there in this book. Do you remember the longing that you felt?” “Please don’t remind me. I still don’t understand the depth and longing of that feeling. It goes beyond words.” “You’ve described it as a kind of ‘homesickness’. And so you meant it to be.” “I meant it to be!” “Yes, you - of course.” “Now why on Earth should I want to feel such pain?” “To drive yourself out of the confusion of the illusion created by yourself and others.” “Oh, you mean my soul. It’s my soul’s desire to return to You - wherever You are.” “There you go again. Why do you do this to yourself?” “Do what?” “Divide yourself! You have worked this through so many times and yet you keep doing it. You are your soul. You are a living breathing, manifested soul - a spirit manifesting in a physical body in a physical world limited by its five dimensions of height, depth, width, time and space. And what is more, you are Me! I am a living –breathing - manifested being in a physical body that you and others call Lorraine. I Am You! You are Me!” “Oops. Sorry. I keep forgetting to remember that.” “That’s alright. I’m sure you’ll set it straight.” “I heard that ‘eventually’!” “Mmmm, so the channel within is clearer than I realised.” “But if ‘I am One’, as you say, and as I have experienced some time ago and fleetingly ever since, why this longing and crying - the homesickness?” “Because you are still partially in the state of ‘spiritual amnesia’, as you so aptly describe it. And that too is how you want it to be.” “No God - that is how You/I want it to be!”
“Point taken.” And so this book began. The information came through in random order - a real patchwork quilt of ideas. But even a patchwork quilt has to have a pattern and a sense of order. Therefore, in compiling this book, I organised it roughly according to topics. Some topics overlap others. Many points have been repeated due to the distance of time between sittings, the lack of continuity from one sitting to another, and the random order in which the topics were presented.
